The Empira Group, an investment manager for institutional real estate investments, has acquired an attractive residential project in Munich, Germany. The “Langes Land” urban district was developed by CA Immo in cooperation with the city of Munich as a new, contemporary home for more than 2,000 residents in the north of the city. The project will create residential space in the highly sought-after Bavarian state capital to meet the continuous high demand.

The “Langes Land” complex will be created in the Munich-Feldmoching neighbourhood along Ratold - and Raheinstraße with tram and underground train stations in the immediate vicinity, and will feature an excellent retail and convenience store network. The plans provide for 925 residential units with a total floor area of 90,500 square meters on a site area of 66,280 square meters. In addition to the apartments, the complex is planned to accommodate three daycare facilities and six commercial units. Moreover, expansive public green areas are planned to be built in addition to comprehensive public access routes.
