Enel-Med wants to launch the first specialist dental clinic in 2022

Enel-Med Medical Center plans to develop independent specialist dental clinics over the next few years. The launch of the first one is planned for next year, the company said.

In view of the constant growth of the private medical services market and growing revenues in the field of dentistry, two enel-med departments are planned to be modernized in the second half of this year: a dental clinic will be launched in the Zacisze department, with a one-day dental surgery offer, 2 more dental offices commissioned.

The company also announced that the growing popularity and sales dynamics of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology services, as well as the excellent competitive position of the Estell brand, encourage it to invest in new clinics.

In Q2, Enel-Med carried out an issue of series E shares, the total value of which was PLN 80.6 million. The company intends to spend the funds obtained through the issue primarily on the development of the network (including dentistry, subscription clinics, imaging diagnostics, aesthetic medicine, specialist clinics) and digitization of services, with particular emphasis on the development of telemedicine and e-commerce.

Enel-Med had PLN 0.15 million of consolidated net loss in the first half. br. compared to PLN 2.28 million loss a year earlier. Operating profit amounted to PLN 0.15 million compared to PLN 7.45 million profit a year earlier. Consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 215.29 million in H1. br. compared to PLN 196.1 million a year earlier.

Enel-Med Medical Center is a private operator of medical services in Poland, present on the Polish healthcare market since 1993. The company provides medical services in 41 own and 1,600 partner facilities. Since 2011, it has been a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
