In May this year, EPP will begin construction of a new part of the retail park at Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko with an area of nearly 4,200 sqm. A multinational retailer debuting in the Kotlina Kłodzka region, with whom a contract for the lease of approximately 2,100 sq m has been signed, and a dm drugstore, whose shop will have an area of nearly 625 sq m, will open their shops in the two-storey building. In addition, Reserved, a long-standing tenant of the centre, is relocating to a larger premises - approximately 1,450 sqm. Its place in the retail park, at more than 1,000 sq m, will be taken by Sinsay.

"We are constantly analysing the retail potential of the properties in our portfolio. Among other things, we are looking for opportunities to extend or modernise existing facilities in order to respond to the changing needs of both tenants and consumers. We are currently expanding Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko by adding a two-storey building to the existing retail park, which will have three tenants. The realisation of the investment will significantly expand the impact zone of the entire facility and strengthen its competitiveness. We already have experience in this type of activity and we know that it works well - in 2022 we supplemented Galeria Twierdza Zamość's offer with a retail park element," said Marek Gładki, Leasing and Asset Management Director at EPP.
Retail parks guarantee convenient and efficient shopping, so it is no surprise that more than a third of customers visit them at least once a week . In addition to fast shopping, Poles also value quality and a wide range of choices, and this is a common element of the tenants who will join the offer of the EPP-managed facility. To make the shopping experience even more comfortable for visitors, the new building will feature a family room, modern sanitary facilities and a lift.

"We want to continuously expand the offer of Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko. With an additional nearly 4,200 sq m of new commercial space, the proposals of the centre and the retail park will complement each other, significantly strengthening the position of the facility on the commercial map of the region. For this development, we have partnered with well-known, quality tenants expected by customers. An international retailer making its debut in Kotlina Kłodzka, which will occupy the entire first floor in the new building, as well as a dm drugstore located on level 0 and an enlarged Reserved will welcome customers in the second quarter of 2025," added Tomasz Nowakowski, Asset Manager at EPP.

As early as 2025, visitors to Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko will be able to shop in the expanded retail park. The facility will be built on part of the car park belonging to the already operating retail park.

The clothing offer of the newly created facility will be complemented by the relocated Reserved, the flagship brand of the LPP Group. On a larger area than at present, a wide assortment of clothes and accessories ideal for fans of big-city style will be available.

The tenants of the retail park will also be joined by the dm drugstore, offering a wide range of facial and body care products, health and hygiene items, as well as products in the cosmetics and perfume, food, household, photo services and pet food categories.

Customers will find in dm products from well-known brands as well as private labels, including Balea or alverde - the best-selling brand of certified natural cosmetics.

Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko is a favourite shopping destination for residents of the city and region. The complex, with a retail area of around 23,000 sqm, consists of two facilities - a shopping centre with a Carrefour hypermarket and a restaurant zone, and a retail park. It houses over 60 shops, including CCC, H&M, Reserved, MOHITO, Sinsay, Martes Sport, Douglas, Rossman, Apart, YES, Pandora, home&you, Leroy Merlin or JYSK. The facility also has restaurants KFC, Kebab Hut, Sześć Kucharek and Cucina Italiana, as well as service and entertainment points, such as the Interactive Play Zone - Kids Play and a modern Multikino with 3 halls that can simultaneously accommodate over 750 viewers.

Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko is distinguished by its convenient location near the northern bypass of Kłodzko. The facility has a total of approximately 1,200 parking spaces. The centre has been awarded the ‘Barrier-free Facility’ certificate by the Integration Foundation. It confirms the high standard of adaptation of the centre to the needs of people with reduced mobility.
