Equilis has started pre-sales of 291 units in its first residential project in Warsaw

Equilis has started construction and pre-sales of its first residential project in Warsaw, the company has announced. The general contractor of the Focus Ursus development with 283 flats and eight commercial units is Unibep. According to the schedule, the building will be put into use in the second quarter of 2026.

"The signing of the agreement with the general contractor marks the start of another very important stage in the realisation of our first residential project in Poland. Based on the Equilis philosophy, we will use the experience and extensive knowledge gained in other European markets in the development of the Focus Ursus estate," said Equilis Europe CEO Olivier Beguin.

Equilis, founded in 2006 in Belgium by Carl Mestdagh, has been present in Poland since 2016 and has so far completed retail projects: Power Center Galeria Andrychów, Galeria Chełm, and is in the process of developing Silwana Park Handlowy in Gorzów Wielkopolski with a planned opening in Q3 2024.
