Erbaşu Construction invests EUR 20 million in two hotels

The company owned by Cristian Erbasu plans to invest EUR 20 million in two hotels, in Bucharest and Oradea, and EUR 7 million in a prefabricated station.

The businessman Cristian Erbașu predicts that by the end of this year, the construction of the three-star hotel, with 120 rooms, in Oradea will begin. The hotel will be built at 5 minutes from the city center, in the vicinity of the Ţării Crişurilor Museum, the future Cultural Center and the stadium that will be built. He also plans to invest in a four-star hotel in the northern part of Bucharest.

The two hotels will be completed in 2025 and will be added to the already known ibis Style Erbas hotel, in the Aviation area of Bucharest, which also belongs to the Erbașu group.
