Erbud had a net profit of PLN 67.62 million, PLN 41.83 million in EBIT profit in Q3

Erbud recorded PLN 67.62 million of consolidated net profit attributed to shareholders of the parent company in Q3. 2023, compared to PLN 2.93 million profit a year earlier, the company announced.

Operating profit amounted to PLN 41.83 million compared to PLN 8.11 million profit a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues amounted to PLN 865.04 million in Q3. 2023 against PLN 1005.41 million a year earlier.

In the first quarter 2023 the company had PLN 57.7 million of consolidated net profit attributed to shareholders of the parent company against PLN 1.06 million profit a year earlier, with sales revenues of PLN 2447.23 million compared to PLN 2795.52 million a year earlier.

“The Management Board of the Erbud Group, like most entrepreneurs surveyed, do not see any significant changes related to the war in Ukraine. The board observes all initiatives related to the reconstruction of the war damage. However, the Erbud Group is underway for the war operations, only draw various scenarios in which segments it can participate in the reconstruction. Ideally, modular construction fits into this trend. However, time will tell to what extent and when this scenario can come true," the report said.

The Group predicts that the Polish economy in 2023 will be characterized by a low level of investment, which will have an impact on the cubature segment in the country.

In 2023, segments that will give a positive impact on the Group's result are the segment related to green energy, service for industry at home and abroad, the company announced.

In unit terms, net profit in Q1-Q3 2023 amounted to PLN 57.34 million compared to PLN 25.33 million profit a year earlier.
