Evergent Investments, formerly known as SIF Moldova, has acquired a 4,106-square-meter plot of land on Floreasca Lake in Bucharest. The transaction took place through an auction organized by the Administration of State Protocol Heritage (RA-APPS), with Evergent securing the property at the starting price of €9.6 million (excluding VAT).

The land, located on Mircea Eliade Boulevard, offers views of protocol villas and is considered a prime real estate asset.

Romeo Esanu, administrator of Everland SA, confirmed the acquisition, stating that the company will now assess the best use for the property in line with its development strategy. No further details have been disclosed at this stage.

Evergent, through its Everland subsidiary, is also planning a €100 million mixed-use real estate project on Primăverii Boulevard in Iași, following its acquisition of a 2.56-hectare site from Iașitex.

The sale of the Mircea Eliade Boulevard land marks the most valuable asset transaction completed by RA-APPS to date.
