Filippo Bozzalla Cassione is the new CFO of Klépierre Italy
Klépierre, Europe's leading shopping centre operator, announces the appointment of Filippo Bozzalla Cassione as its new CFO in Italy.

Bozzalla Cassione succeeds Umberto Trussoni, who was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Klépierre in recent months.
Filippo Bozzalla Cassione has a 20-year career in finance, with a proven track record in business planning, investment portfolio management and due diligence, gained in particular in the retail and restaurant sectors. He comes to Klépierre Italy after having recently held the roles of Group CFO for Orange Capital Development (a closed-end fund investing in renewable energy and sustainable food) and Finance Director Italy for Kelly Deli (Europe's leading sushi operator with over 1,000 kiosks in supermarkets and travel hubs in 11 countries).
Previously, he worked for about ten years at Autogrill Group, where he held several positions: Group Strategic Planning M&A Manager and Controlling Director, Head of Finance of the Urban Centers & Malls division and Head of Finance of the subsidiary Nuova Sidap, Italy's leading road retail and service station operator. Bozzalla Cassione started his career at Tamburi Investment Partners, where he was Senior Manager with a focus on M&A transactions in medium-sized companies.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
