Ford announces the takeover of factory in Craiova by its partner Ford Otosan

Ford Otosan, the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in Europe, will take over ownership of the Craiova plant and production activity in Romania.

The Ford plant in Craiova will be part of two transactions, the first of EUR 575 million and the second of EUR 140 million.
