Tomáš Jandík, CFA, MRICS, former CEO of the largest Czech real estate fund for retail investors, has founded Crestpoint Capital Partners, a private equity real estate advisory and investment management firm based in Prague. The company will focus on real estate advisory, investment management, and co-investment mandates across office, retail, and logistics sectors in both the Czech Republic and Poland.

Crestpoint Capital Partners will manage investments across the risk spectrum, from core to opportunistic projects, with a particular emphasis on value-add strategies and the transformation of existing assets through grey-to-green conversions. The firm aims to create investment strategies that balance risk-adjusted returns with environmental considerations.

With a background managing a property portfolio exceeding EUR 1.5 billion, Jandík brings extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. Over his career, he has overseen more than 40 capital transactions totaling over EUR 2 billion and has concluded over 1,000 leasing agreements. In his previous role at REICO IS EAM, Jandík was responsible for the largest and oldest Czech retail real estate fund, where he also designed and launched a retail fund in 2021 focusing on mission-critical assets and sustainability, compliant with Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

Before leading REICO IS EAM, Jandík worked in capital markets, retail asset management, property valuation, and assurance at firms including CBRE, DTZ, and EY. His experience positions Crestpoint Capital Partners to provide investment solutions that align with evolving market trends and sustainability objectives in the Central European real estate sector.
