The real estate developer Forte Partners, controlled by the Lebanese brothers Johny and Jihad Jabra and Geo Mărgescu, has begun the demolition of the former Adesgo factory, in Bucharest's Tineretului area, where it will build a mixed complex with offices and 220 apartments. The new project complements the U Center office complex, of which the first building was bought by the Pavăl brothers, the owners of Dedeman.

Forte Partners bought the land of the former factory for RON 11.3 million. In November 2022, Pavăl Holding bought, for around EUR 90 million, the U Center 1 office building, where Booking has its headquarters, The second building is to be put up for sale this year, and the price is expected to exceed it on that of the building from the first development phase of the complex.
