Warsaw Hala Koszyki increases the number of office tenants. A company from the IT industry, has leased 635 sqm of space in one of the office buildings of the most popular food hall in Warsaw.

Koszyki are modern and comfortable office spaces that enjoy unflagging interest from companies. Another company that trusts Globalworth - the owner and manager of Koszyki - is a company producing computer systems. As a result of the concluded contract, the landlord will occupy 635 sqm office space at ul. Koszykowa.

Hala Koszyki still remains the most popular food hall and a favorite meeting place for Warsaw residents, who are attracted by its excellent cuisine and unique atmosphere.

"The new tenant of Koszyki has so far operated using a coworking space. The choice of the mentioned location for your first standard office will certainly have a positive impact on the brand, but also confirm the attractiveness and competitiveness of the Hall. Modern office solutions, original decor and convenient location are the advantages that attract the best specialists. I am convinced that the new office will meet the requirements of our tenant and will provide him with excellent conditions for further development," says Agnieszka Głuchowska, Asset Management & Leasing Manager at Globalworth Poland.

Hala Koszyki was erected over 100 years ago at Koszykowa Street in Warsaw, on the premises of the Koszyki farm at that time. Designed in the Art Nouveau style by the architect Juliusz Dzierżanowski, it was only in autumn 2016 that it returned to the city map as a unique social and culinary point, where you can eat in several restaurants and bars or buy home groceries. The complex covers 16,000 sqm office space and 6,500 sqm commercial space. Globalworth is the owner and manager of Hala Koszyki.
