With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Gárdai is set to drive the company’s ongoing growth and strengthen its presence in both the Hungarian and international markets.

In his dual roles, Gárdai will oversee Futureal’s asset management, including the operations of Futureal, Futureal Investment Partners, which handles investments in Poland, and HelloParks, the group’s industrial property division. “In recent years, the commercial real estate market has undergone significant transformation, requiring constant adaptation. With János Gárdai joining us, we are reinforcing our market-leading position. His extensive experience and market insight will unlock new opportunities, helping us achieve our strategic goals,” said Gábor Futó, co-founder and shareholder of Futureal Group.

Commenting on his new role, Gárdai stated, “It’s an honour to be part of Futureal Group at such a pivotal time. The market has changed, and I am confident that my experience will contribute to the group’s continued success as we build on its core strategies and expand both locally and internationally.”

Gárdai brings a wealth of expertise to Futureal, having previously held senior roles at White Star Real Estate and GTC. He began his career as a financial analyst and later rose through the ranks to become Managing Director and Partner at White Star Real Estate, overseeing operations across multiple countries. He holds a degree from the College of Finance and Accounting.

Futureal Group is internationally renowned for its developments in office, industrial, commercial, and residential properties. Since its inception, the group has developed projects covering over 4 million sqm, with a total value of €6 billion.
