G&G Cargo Service buys Americas Gateway Park in Doral

Ecuadorian flower importer G&G Cargo Service has purchased the Americas’ Gateway Park in Doral for $10 million. Trading for $92 per square foot, the 102,310 square foot building is located at 1800 N.W. 89th Place. The buildings, all flower related, was less than 50 percent occupied but will now be full with G&C sharing the space with those tenants. G&G Cargo grows flowers in Ecuador and Colombia and ships them to Miami, which is the main flower importing hub in the United States.
