Generali Real Estate appoints Michiel te Paske as Investor Relations & Capital Raising Director

Generali Real Estate S.p.A. has announced the appointment of Michiel te Paske as its new Investor Relations & Capital Raising Director, a key role aimed at driving the company’s growth strategy. Generali Real Estate is targeting a significant increase in third-party capital within its assets under management over the next five years, and te Paske’s expertise will be crucial in achieving this objective.

With a focus on building and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, te Paske will promote investment opportunities and raise capital from key clients. In this newly created role, he will report directly to Generali Real Estate CEO & General Manager, Aldo Mazzocco, and collaborate with various departments within Generali Real Estate and Generali Investments. He will be based in London.

Te Paske brings extensive experience in real estate investing, having previously served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management Ltd. He co-managed the Morgan Stanley European Real Estate Securities Product and was part of the Global Real Assets Investment Team. His career also includes roles at Limburg Institute of Financial Economics and Global Property Research. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Maastricht University.

Generali Real Estate’s appointment of te Paske is part of its broader vision to scale its investment operations and enhance its relationships with institutional investors across global markets.
