Genesis Property: Zero carbon buildings by 2030

Genesis Property is committed to net zero carbon emissions for the buildings in its portfolio by 2030 through investment in increased energy efficiency and renewable energy production and through sustainable building management and efficient use of resources.

All seven buildings in YUNITY Park are already class A energy efficiency. Together with the investments in the energy efficiency of the buildings and in the 1,080 photovoltaic panels installed on 4,000 sqm of their roofs, the complex ends up meeting the nZEB criteria as early as this year, an essential step so that, by 2030, all the buildings in the company's portfolio become buildings with zero carbon emissions.
