Geosan development launches the fifth stage of the sale of building plots near Poděbrad

Geosan Development is launching the sale of another stage of building plots in the village of Khot'anky u Poděbrad in the Central Bohemian Region suitable for individual construction of family houses. The fifth stage includes a total of 30 plots ranging in size from 600 to 934 sqm. The building permit for their complete netting and construction of access roads has just been issued. Handover to the new owners is expected in autumn next year.

A total of 108 plots have been sold in the previous four phases of the project, some of which have been undergoing brisk construction in recent months. Currently, the newly completed houses are being occupied by new owners and the whole area is gradually coming to life. "We are pleased that we can build on the success of the previous stages and offer those interested in living just a few minutes from Poděbrady another thirty building plots. Thanks to a unified concept, the whole area will look very compact. Owners will be able to build two-storey family houses with a gable wall facing the street, making the most of the size of the plot and creating a comfortable living space with plenty of privacy. At the same time, the gables facing the street will add a distinctive character to the locality and contribute to its attractive appearance," says Jiří Baloun, Sales and Marketing Manager of Geosan Development.

The plots will be completely ready for construction, including connection to water supply, sewerage, electricity and public lighting. There will be no shortage of newly built roads with sidewalks for safe access to individual plots. The project also includes an already completed park with a playground and a multifunctional sports field for leisure time.

The building plots are located in the village of Khot'anky, just 3 km from the spa town of Poděbrady. This location offers an ideal combination of quiet living and complete civic amenities. A wide range of supermarkets, shops, services as well as cultural and sports facilities are just a few minutes away by car. In addition, the necessary facilities, be it a grocery store or a bakery, can be found in the village of Khot'anky itself.
