Gergely Biró, CEO of Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt, said in an interview for Napi.hu that real estate markets may perform well despite the pandemic. Biró says that the home office situation may have affected office properties, but there aren’t many companies looking to terminate or change their lease agreements. Instead Biró says that the layout of offices is changing. Large multinationals, whose employees have been working online from home since March tend to resign from large open space areas and are looking into a cellurar layout and increasing common areas.
