The German family Heubach, heir to the paint manufacturer Heubach, has been authorized to start construction of a new project under the Urban Spaces umbrella on Pipera Street, no. 55 in Sector 2. This is the largest real estate project in which the Heubach family has been involved so far in Romania.

The project, which includes two buildings, one with 4 staircases and a common basement, and the other with a single staircase, has 461 apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor. The blocks will each have two basements and reach 11 floors, the top floor being dedicated to duplex apartments. The residential complex will benefit from 700 parking spaces, of which 609 are underground.

The new project will be built on a plot of land, purchased in 2018, with an area of 1.4 hectares, located near the Pipera passage and the Sky Tower, Globalworth Tower and Nusco Tower office towers.
