German group Bosch sells 44 hectares in Romania purchased in 2018 for a home appliance factory and goes entirely to Poland. Thus, Romania loses an investment of EUR 110 million and 700 jobs, and Poland gains an investment of EUR 144 million.

The Germans from BSH Home Appliances Group have mandated the Americans from Panattoni to build them the EUR 144 million factory in Poland.

"The lack of professionals among local authorities, help from the center to obtain state aid, but especially the instability of the implementation of financial measures, have contributed to the reorientation of large investors to Poland," explained a real estate market consultant.
