Getin Holding: Purchase of 25% of Idea Getin Leasing shares has expired

The letter of intent signed on July 27, 2020 by Getin Holding with Idea Bank and LC Cor, on taking steps to sell Idea Bank to Getin Holding and with LC Corp's share of 25% of shares expired Idea Getin Leasing, Getin reported.

The Getin Holding Group conducts operating activities in 5 countries in 7 industries (banking, leasing, financial intermediation, accounting consultancy, financing of public health care and local government units, debt trading and management, and factoring). Getin Holding shares have been listed on the WSE since 2001.
