The businessman Gheorghe Nețoiu, sold his participation in the complex that houses the famous "Doi Cocoși" restaurant, in the north of Bucharest, in favor of Elena Borcea, the mother of the former owner of the football team Dinamo Bucharest, Cristian Borcea, and to a partner of his family's business. The price collected by Nețoiu for his participation was EUR 800,000.

The associates approved the initiation of the order to start the works for the block with 102 apartments that will take the place of the "Doi Cocoși" complex, which received a building permit at the beginning of this year. The restaurant would be closed and demolished.

The company was authorized to build on the site a residential complex comprising 102 apartments. The new construction will have a floor area of approximately 18,700 sqm and will occupy approximately half of the land.
