CEE office investor Globalworth has introduced an innovative solution for its tenants – online manuals to its buildings. They contain information on all the facilities as well as practical tips and advice for the workers of the tenants who make up the Globalworth community. The manuals also form a superb resource to support the return to the office, making this process even easier and more pleasant for the tenants. The first manuals prepared by Globalworth have been made available to the users of the Polish office complexes: Skylight and Lumen in Warsaw, Quattro Business Park and Podium Park in Krakow, as well as Romanian buildings from the company’s portfolio: Globalworth Campus, BOB, BOC, Green Court, Globalworth Tower and Gara Herastrau.

Through the manuals Globalworth’s office tenants have ready access to practical knowledge about their building to help them navigate around it so that they can make full use of all the possibilities it offers. They can quickly get to know the full management team of the building so that they can contact the appropriate person, find out about the building’s facilities and where they are (such as parcel delivery lockers, bike stands and smoking areas), and acquaint themselves with the safety regulations including those related to Covid-19.

The manuals will help tenants planning to move, as well as those who need technical services or those planning large courier deliveries. They also include information about neighbourhood attractions (restaurants, cafés and stores) as well as practical tips (how to travel to the office, have food delivered, and register guests). All the manuals are online with easy access with a smartphone or a computer in two languages (English or Polish).

“Online manuals are a completely new experience and innovation that are appearing for the first time on the Polish real estate market. We are the first office landlord to have introduced such a wide range of solutions for our tenants. The users of Globalworth office buildings will in this way receive a complete guide that will help them to make use of all the benefits that come from working in a modern office building. Such manuals will be very useful, for example, to new workers and those who after having worked from home for a long time have to fit back into an office environment maybe for the first time since the pandemic. We want to help them to do so and ensure that work in our offices will be even more comfortable,” says Artur Apostoł, Managing Director – Real Estate Operations Poland at Globalworth.

“Having an office in a modern building opens up a range of possibilities with measurable benefits for tenants. After having talked with our tenants, it turns out that not all of them were aware of the useful services on offer and not all of them realised the full range of functionalities offered by the landlord. We decided to collect together all of this advice in a single place and that was the genesis of our online manual project. Already the tenants of our Skylight and Lumen office buildings and Quattro Business Park and Podium Park complexes can use them. We have taken care to make the guides available through different channels, so we have also prepared a creative campaign in which we promote the most interesting features of our manual with amusing graphics placed on the mirrors of the elevators and in the bathrooms,” says Paweł Słupski, Marketing & Communications Director at Globalworth Poland.

The first manuals can be found by following the links for Skylight, Lumen, Quattro Business Park, and Podium Park. Further manuals are being prepared and shortly will be available to the tenants of Lubicz Park in Kraków, Warsaw Trade Tower and Spektrum Tower in Warsaw, as well as Globalworth Campus, BOB, BOC, Green Court, Globalworth Tower and Gara Herastrau in Romania.
