Gran Via will start its second phase of Gran Via Marina, Constanta, Romania in 2021

The developer Gran Via will start in 2021 the second phase of development of the Gran Via Marina project in Constanta, located next to the Vivo! mall. The first phase, which will be delivered in Q1 2021, consists of a building structured in B + GF + 10 + 11D and will include 192 apartments. The basement will integrate the parking lot of the new complex. In total, the project will have eight buildings of flats as well as related facilities - green spaces, pedestrian alleys, swimming pool, bike paths or children's playground. Gran Via Marina benefits from quick access to all points of interest: mall, hypermarket, central area, Mamaia resort and exit to the A2 to Bucharest.
