Grand Hotel in Constanța, put up for sale for EUR 1.1 million

The Grand Hotel in the center of Constanta has been put up for sale, being listed at a price of EUR 1.1 million, according to Sotheby's International Realy Romania. According to the announcement, the building has 36 rooms, on a usable area of 1,007 sqm, on a plot of land with an area of 716 sqm.

The property has been recently renovated and has a basement, ground floor, two floors and an upper terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a commercial space of 200 sqm.

The building is not listed as a historic building, but it has a rich history behind it. The hotel was the first in the city to be equipped with electricity and central heating.
