Greek real estate developer Anastasios Gkotsis is set to embark on a new residential project in northern Bucharest. Known for his successful ventures including the Ethous House and Polona 68 office buildings, Gkotsis is now focusing on a premium residential development situated on a former parking lot near the MedLife pediatric hospital.

The planned development will feature a modern residential block comprising two levels of underground parking, a ground floor, and two additional floors above ground, covering a total built-up area of 2,814 square meters. While the precise number of residential units has yet to be finalized, industry insiders estimate that the project could include around 35 apartments.

Puran Architecture & Design has been commissioned to design the new residential complex, which promises to enhance the area’s housing options with its upscale offerings.
