In a significant demonstration of market confidence, GTC has successfully signed 14 new leases and extended agreements with 18 existing tenants during the first half of 2024. The combined leases cover more than 35,400 square meters across 10 buildings situated in Poland’s major cities, reinforcing GTC’s position as a leading real estate developer and investor.

The new leases and extensions span multiple key locations, including:

• Warsaw: Artico and Aeropark Business Centre
• Krakow: Korona Office Complex
• Wrocław: Globis Wrocław
• Katowice: Francuska Office Centre
• Poznań: Pixel and Globis Poznań

Poznań emerged as a particularly popular destination, accounting for eight of the total 32 contracts signed. This highlights the city’s growing appeal to businesses seeking modern and sustainable office spaces.

“We are proud of the trust our customers place in us. For us, this proves that our commitment to meeting the needs of our tenants and environmentally friendly construction is yielding results. As we continue on this path, we are committed to creating office space that drives growth and success for our clients,” stated Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Leasing at GTC Poland.

GTC’s focus on sustainability is a key factor in its leasing success. The company emphasized that 90 percent of its facilities are green certified, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmentally friendly practices. Furthermore, all of GTC’s properties in Poland are powered by green energy, aligning with the growing demand for sustainable office spaces.
