The H&M retailer, present on the Romanian market since March 2011, is setting up a distribution center near Ploiești. Thus, H&M Retailer will have, after more than a decade of presence on the local market, a distribution center. The warehouse will be the largest of an international retailer present on our market and will surpass that of IKEA, which has an area of 75,000 sqm.

H&M signed with the developer CTP in the third quarter of last year for a warehouse near Ploiesti, with a total area of 88,000 sqm. Ploiesti will thus become a new point on the map of the CTP developer, where it was not yet present.
