The real estate developer H4L Development, controlled by the Bîlteanu family, is waiting for financing to start the construction of a residential complex, recently authorized, in the Polytechnic area of Bucharest, to be built on land owned by the design and consulting company Metrou SA, which will receive , instead, part of the approximately 500 apartments planned.

The land on which the West Garden Politehnica complex is to be built has an area of 16,500 sqm. "We have not yet started work on the new building permits as we are in the process of securing funding for the project. We may start this year if we can get the funding. The development value of the project is approximately EUR 47 million, without land," said Ionuț Dragoș Bîlteanu, co-CEO of H4L Development.
