The new development is part of a modern quarter called “Schwedler Carré” - a 40.000 sqm site that includes 716 residential apartments, 3 children’s day nurseries, 3 office blocks, a supermarket, multi-storey car parking and a number of cafes, restaurants and gyms. The developer of the “Schwedler Carré” and the owner of the building is Max Baum Immobilien GmbH.
