The real estate developer Hagag Development Europe obtained the necessary approvals for obtaining the authorization to start the renovation works of the Știrbei Palace in Bucharest, on Calea Victorie 107, whose value amounts to EUR 20 million.

"We are animated by the idea of reviving the Știrbei Palace and of actively contributing to the revitalization of the area and the conservation of the local heritage. Unfortunately, the Stirbei Palace is a construction as spectacular as it is vulnerable. Given the historical and architectural importance of the building, but also the urgency of the proposed interventions, designed to prevent aggravation and even permanent alteration of the structure and facades, we are confident that we will have the full support of the competent authorities and receive the building permit for the consolidation and renovation works of the Palace within the term provided by the legislation in force, without delays,” said the representatives of Hagag Development Europe.
