Israeli-based real estate developer Hagag Development Europe, controlled by businessman Yitzhak Hagag, has signed an agreement with a company of the Austrian group A-Heat, which owns the Therme wellness complex in Balotești, for the acquisition of a plot of about 6.3 hectares from Băneasa Forest, which borders the Tiriac’s luxury residential complex Stejarii and on which the construction of hundreds of apartments is authorized.

"Hagag Development Europe does not comment on market rumors, but we confirm that we are interested in expanding our asset portfolio and targeting all segments of the real estate market," said Hagag Development Europe.
