Hanifi family to build 700 apartments on the former Wood Exploitation Center factory

Hanifi family, who owns the en-gros park Smart Expo Flora in Voluntari, has started the works for a 700 apartaments project on the former Wood Exploitation Center factory, in Colentina, Bucharest.
Palmyra Residence will have four 10-storey blocks and a green area of over 5,000 sqm. M.K. Rom Factor owns several halls on Andronache Street mainly used for the storage of sand and ballast for construction.
