HAUSER, an international supplier of refrigeration furniture and technology, has leased new premises in GARBE PARK České Budějovice, joining Taconova and NOBO AUTOMOTIVE in the growing industrial park. Developer GARBE is currently securing a permit to customize the space for HAUSER. The nearly 9,000 m² warehouse lease was facilitated by CBRE.

Pavel Mrzena, HAUSER’s Vice President for Production and Quality, stated, “The new industrial premises will serve as a central warehouse. Finished products from our Kaplica plant, located about 30 kilometers away, will be transported here for distribution across Europe. The strategic location next to the new highway and the customized premises were key factors for us.”

Martin Polák, GARBE’s Director for Eastern and Central Europe, added, “HAUSER is the third tenant for whom our location is of European importance. Their interest confirms that our park offers attractive features such as accessibility, technical equipment, and sustainability. We have building permits available for three more halls, ready for other interested parties, both existing and new companies in the region.”

GARBE Park is strategically located near České Budějovice in Boršov nad Vltavou, just 2 km from the D3 highway, which connects Prague, Tábor, and České Budějovice to the Czech-Austrian border. The park also benefits from its proximity to the České Budějovice airport. The project focuses on sustainability, energy savings, and low operating costs, with energy provided by solar panels and fully recyclable water sources.

Jan Hřivnacký, Head of Industrial Real Estate Leasing at CBRE, commented, “HAUSER is a well-established company in the region, and we are pleased to have represented them in their search for new premises. GARBE Park České Budějovice is ideal for them due to its proximity to their current production plant and its excellent connection to their headquarters in Linz.”
