Hellmann buys Innight Express

The German company Hellmann Worldwide Logistics announced the acquisition of Innight Express, with activity in the field of night shipments. Innight Express is based in Hungary and Romania. The Romanian subsidiary reported last year the highest turnover since its establishment, of RON 24.2 million and the profit was also a record one for the company: over RON 2 million.

"The acquisition of Innight Express gives us access and presence in two attractive countries on the night shipping market in Eastern Europe. We are excited to be able to take on all 74 employees as part of the Innight Express acquisition, ”said Wilfried Hesselmann, CEP Chief Operating Officer at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
