Hexagon is building a mixed project on the Policolor platform in Bucharest

The real estate developer Hexagon from Cluj is building a mixed complex on the Policolor platform in Bucharest, with an area of 13.9 hectares. The complex will include 1200 apartments in four buildings, 50,000 sqm of office space and 20,000 sqm of commercial space, occupied by Leroy Merlin, Kaufland and Lidl, among others.

Estoria City project, on Theodor Pallady Boulevard, will also have 3,000 parking spaces, including charging spaces for electric cars and 25,000 sqm of green space.

The development of the project will be done in stages. The completion deadline is 2027, the first phase to be completed in 2023.
