State-owned Hidroelectrica, Romania's largest electricity producer, has decided to stay another 10 years with its headquarters in Tower Center International, where more than 480 employees work, even after receiving a lower offer from One United Properties in the Cotroceni district, according to sources in the real estate market.

Hidroelectrica moved its headquarters in 2013 to Tower Center International, a building owned by Globalworth. At first it occupied 3,200 sqm, but by the end of the contract, which expired this year, it ended up occupying floors 10-15 of the office tower.
