American technology company Honeywell has extended its lease for office space at the BOC project, owned by investor Globalworth. After more than ten years of activity here, Honeywell has grown from 4,000 sqm in 2011 to a total area of over 24,000 sqm today.

Globalworth will also handle, through the Workplaces division, the fit-out, and the renovation and modernization process on the design and functionality side in the space occupied by Honeywell.

BOC is one of the largest office buildings in Bucharest, with an area of over 7,500 sqm per floor and a total of 57,000 sqm. The building is part of a larger complex developed between 2006 and 2011, which includes three office buildings and two residential towers
