Hornbach opens its eighth local store in Cluj-Napoca

The German retailer Hornbach continues the expansion locally and opens in Cluj-Napoca, the eighth store of the network, following an investment of EUR 27 million. The new Hornbach store is located on Plevnei Street, no. 1-7, on a plot of 4.1 hectares and has a total area of approximately 23,000 sqm.

"The inauguration of our new store reconfirms the fact that Romania is one of the attractive markets for the development of the Hornbach Group at an international level. We are also continuing our expansion strategy by opening large stores in cities in the country where the authorities show a high level of involvement in community development and aim to inaugurate a new location in Constanța, "said Mugurel-Horia Rusu, General Manager Hornbach Romania.
