IBM relocated its Bratislava headquarters from Polus to J&T Real Estate’s Westend Gate. Its IBM International Services Centre takes up 17,000 sqm of the building’s 35,000 sqm. At Polus, IBM occupied 18,900 sqm of space. Westend Gate is part of the Westend business zone, located along Lamačská cesta. Included in J&T’s project are a café, restaurant, kindergarten and parking garage for 620 cars. J&T secured €40m from Slovenská sporitelna for the project. The financial group also invested €700,000 into the reconstruction of a nearby crossroad.
