Savills has appointed Igor Gacek as Head of Property Management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, effective 1st August 2023.

At Savills, Igor will be responsible for the leadership and expansion of the Property Management department, which currently has a portfolio under management worth circa €1.5bn across all commercial sectors.

Igor is a graduate of the Technical University in Košice, Slovakia. He brings many years of property management experience to Savills largely from Knight Frank, where he worked for the past 10 years, originally as a Senior Property Manager and, since 2016, as Head of the Property Management department.

Stuart Jordan, Managing Director at Savills, says: “We are very happy to have Igor join the company. His depth of operational and technical knowledge will serve clients exceptionally well, at a point in time when energy cost management and sustainable investments into assets are a central focus for owners.”

“I am excited to join this great team and look forward to new challenges. Savills portfolio of managed properties is very diverse, and I am delighted to help expand it further,” adds Igor Gacek.
