Immofinanz to build new Dalmatian shopping centre in Kastela

The Austrian company Immofinanzwill will build a new shopping center ''Stop shop'' in Kastela, the first such Dalmatian shopping centre, which already present in the northern part of Croatia in both Osijek and Valpovo.

The new shopping centre project is currently is in the early phase of obtaining a building permit, and on August the 12th this year, it was reported the beginning of the removal of dilapidated buildings at the location in Kastel Sucurac.

The project will cover about 7,500 sqm in total, and the opening is planned for April 2022.

Immofinanz purchased the land covering a total area of 16,099 sqm last year from a company called Kemokompleks, backed by entrepreneur Enver Moralic.
