Imo Invest Total inaugurated the new Sinaia Plaza, the first retail center built from scratch in Valea Prahova, started in 2021.

"We owned 1,000 sqm here, at the exit from Sinaia, and we entered into a partnership with the town hall to concession another plot and to reach 10,000 sqm to build the new shopping center. Here was a pit, for example, where we brought eight million cubic meters of stone. The investment amounts to over EUR 6 million, half of which cost to bring the land to level," explained Hristu Geoge - managing partner of Imo Invest Total.

The project includes a 1,000 sqm Mega Image, Jysk, Kik, Sinsay, sporting goods, KFC, Mesopotamia, a restaurant called Mămăliguţă plus a shop with local products. KFC has already opened and they say it is the restaurant with the highest sales in the country at the moment.
