Impact Developer & Contractor receives EUR 4 million loan from Libra Bank

Real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor has taken a EUR 4 million loan from Libra Bank to refinance investments. The repayment of the borrowed amount will be made quarterly, with a final maturity in October 2024.

Impact has a capitalization of RON 1.1 billion and is controlled in a proportion of almost 60 percent by Gheorghe Iaciu, while Adrian Andrici holds 15.9 percent of the shares.

The company’s shares are trading up 102.7 percent since the beginning of the year, amid transactions of RON 48.6 million.
