Impact Developer&Contractor recorded consolidated revenues of RON 210 million in 2022

The real estate developer Impact Developer&Contractor registered in 2022 consolidated revenues of RON 210 million from the sale of 275 homes, and a net profit of RON 99 million, up 26 percent compared to the level of 2021. The company also has pre-sales of 450 homes with a value of a total of RON 236 million.

In 2021 and in the period ending on December 31, 2022, the activity of the Impact Developer & Constructor group consisted mainly of the development of the residential projects Greenfield and Luxuria in Bucharest, as well as Boreal Plus in Constanta.

Impact's shareholders are Gheorghe Iaciu (57.8 percent) and Adrian Andrici (12.7 percent). Between January and September 2022, Impact attracted capital worth RON 77.7 million through share capital increase actions.
