Indotek Group, controlled by businessman Dániel Jellinek, has bought the Aiud Industrial Park project in Alba county from developer ILD.

Aiud Industrial Park is a project ready to be developed in the village of Decea, Alba county, with access to the A10 motorway. The project is to be built on a plot of land of about 18 hectares, under a long-term concession from the local town hall, on which it is planned to build 4 buildings with surface areas ranging from 13,200 sqm to about 36,000 sqm.

The Indotek Group has bought 97 percent of the shares of Aiud Industrial Park, through which the project is being developed, with the rest remaining in the possession of Industrial and Logistics Developments (ILD).

"This collaboration has been agreed whereby Indotek enters as a financier in the project and ILD remains as the developer of the Decea park," said Laurențiu-Cătălin Hanu, country manager of ILD Romania.
