The Indotek Group, controlled by the businessman Dániel Jellinek, is in exclusive negotiations for the purchase of the Expo Market Doraly commercial complex in Afumați from the entrepreneur Gheorghe Iaciu and former HSBC bankers, a transaction that is likely to become one of the most expensive sales in the history of the local market.

The income generated last year from renting the property increased by 15 percent, to around EUR 15.2 million, with a net profit of EUR 7.1 million.
The 28-hectare land on which the Afumați complex is spread is valued at EUR 54 million. Expo Market Doraly now has buildings with an area of about 100,000 sqm, which bring the value of the complex to about EUR 60 million. The complex has over 430 tenants.
