Indotek to buy One United’s One Victoriei Center

Indotek Group, controlled by Hungarian businessman Dániel Jellinek, is in the stage of technical-legal analysis of the One Victoriei Center office building in Bucharest in order to acquire it from entrepreneurs Omer Susli and Ionuț Dumitrescu, shareholders of One United Properties, according to Profit sources .ro from the real estate market. The value of the transaction is estimated at over EUR 20 million.

The building has a leasable area of about 12,000 sqm and tenants such as Food Panda, BRD, S&T, Mediafax Group, Embryo’s Fertility Clinic, Irem Spa and Ownzones Entertainment Technologies.

In the summer of 2019, the Hungarian group Indotek entered the Romanian real estate market by acquiring the Promenada Târgu Mureș mall, in a transaction estimated at EUR 43 million.
