Construction works related to the underground of the Infinity office building in Wrocław are progressing dynamically. The general contractor for the investment, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A., has already completed the slurry wall and commenced the excavation works as well as the flooring system up to the level of the foundation plate. The seven-storey class A office building under construction at Jana Pawła II Square will offer a total of nearly 22,000 sqm of leasable area. The investment is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2023.

Underground works for the construction of Infinity, which began in March this year, are at an advanced stage. The contractor will soon reach the deepest point of the excavation (at the level of -14.68 m) and will begin preparatory works for the construction of the first sections of the foundation plate, which will be almost 1 m thick. The plate will be constructed in November, and the zero level is scheduled for the end of Q1 2022.

"We are very pleased with the pace of construction at Infinity. Individual stages are being implemented according to schedule, and we will soon start one of the key phases of underground works, the first sections of the foundation plate. To do this, a total of approximately 34,400 cubic metres of soil will be excavated. Parallel to the construction works, we are also conducting intensive talks with the first companies which see their business future with Infinity. The high quality of space, unique architecture and excellent location in the heart of Wrocław make Infinity a great option for companies looking for modern and safe office space," said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Director Poland at Avestus Real Estate.

Infinity will be a seven-storey class A office building offering, among others, 18,727 sqm of office space, 1,561 sqm. of retail space and a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces. With cyclists in mind, 120 bicycle stands will be provided in a closed-off zone including changing rooms and showers. The office building will hold a BREEAM certificate at Excellent level.

The office building will feature cutting-edge technological solutions as well as touchless and highest quality air filters, thus guaranteeing the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity will also have an impressive lobby with dedicated areas for visitors to the building. On the roof of the office building there will be a spacious terrace with landscaping elements and greenery. The Infinity architectural design was prepared by AHR Architects. The project will be commercialized by JLL. The investment is scheduled to be fully completed in Q1 2023.
