Investor Vardges Vardanyan, among the most important businessmen on the Armenian gambling market, plans to buy an office building in Bucharest where around 700 employees can work, according to sources in the real estate market.

Vardges Vardanyan entered the Romanian gaming market through his most important company, Digitain, which at the beginning of last year opened its branch in Romania, in a rented space in the Equilibrium office building, built by Skanska in the north Bucharest, where it worked until the end of last year.

The group's policy is to own the premises, as a result, Vardges Vardanyan wants to buy an office building in Bucharest. Because it produces software, the target buildings also have to be able to support a small data center, which requires a lot of installed power.
